With billions of viewers worldwide and a fixed, high-pressure timeline, it challenged us to rethink how a live sports event could live inside a personalized feed. I led design for the FIFA World Cup experience on Discover, focusing not just on shipping the event, but on building a reusable personalization framework that could support future sports tournaments across regions and interest levels.
