Previously, I worked at Google...
...where I designed core experiences on the Google app for billions of users. Before that, I was a Lead Designer at PhonePe (acquired by Walmart), where I helped take a business product from zero to scale and built the foundational design patterns and practices the team still uses today.
My Background in Psychology...
...and Graphic Design shapes how I approach every problem: deeply human, evidence-driven, and attentive to both behavior and meaning. I'm drawn to the kind of work that requires aligning people, systems, and long-term outcomes, and I stay until those things actually hold together.
My design philosophy is...
…rooted in a rhythm I practice through meditation: macro → micro → macro. I start by understanding the larger system, dive into the details where quality and trust are built, and pull back to the big picture to make sure everything coheres. This lens guides how I design, how I mentor, and how I influence the teams around me.
I care deeply about accessibility...
...equity, and conscious consumption. Accessibility isn't something I add at the end; it's embedded in how I think about systems, flows, and decisions from day one. As an Accessibility Champion, I work to make that true not just in my own designs, but across the teams I influence.
Beyond work...
... I slow down. I make art, practice meditation and mindful walking, hike with friends, and create herb-infused oils. I also lead my local Buy Nothing community, enabling neighborhood-level sharing and waste reduction, an extension of my belief that good systems should make the right thing easier.
